Holiday Club Lead (Level 3 Qualified)

Duties:
By shadowing experienced staff and following a detailed management training plan you will learn all the essential skills required to manage holiday club provision. This will cover aspects such as policies and procedures, EYFS, staff management, customer service and behaviour management.
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
Salary: From £11.75 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
Required skills/experience:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum Level 3 Qualification in childcare.
- At least 1 year of managerial experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of child development needs, milestones, behaviors, and age-specific requirements.
- Previous experience in leading teams within childcare settings.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, and problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to take initiative and assume responsibility.
- Proficiency in communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders, including parents, staff, schools, and external agencies.
- Capacity to organize a safe, stimulating, and enjoyable environment for children on a daily basis.
- Have a clean driving license
- Be flexible and prepared to travel to lead other holiday clubs during vacations or staff absence
