About the setting
Our Holiday Club at Staines Preparatory School was established in May 2017. We care for children aged 3 to 11 years every holiday period.
Provision and Environment
The children have access to the school’s lunch hall which we use for cookery and craft workshops, a spacious sports hall, various outdoor play spaces including a large open field, two tennis courts, a trim trail, rock climbing wall and an Early Years adventure playground. In addition to this we have three school year specific Key Group Areas: Gap Early Years (Nursery and Reception), Gap Infants (Years 1 and 2), and Gap Juniors (Years 3+). Each Key Group area is equipped with a wide variety of resources and age appropriate toys and equipment.
Daily routine
The club opens for business at 8am and closes at 6:30pm with multiple session options available.
Early Bird: 8am – 8:30am
Half Day: 8:30am – 1:30pm or 1:30pm – 6:30pm
Regular Day: 8:30am – 4:30pm
Extended Day: 8:30am – 6:30pm

Parent access to the club
Parents are authorised to use the school car park when dropping off and collecting children.
The primary entrance to the club is via the main black gates at the school entrance.
However, this may vary dependent on any contractual work the school has scheduled during the holiday period – during this period please follow signage.
Please look out for our directional signage, banners and welcome boards to guide you to our main reception.
