All booking enquiries should be made to our Head Office, via email to email@example.com. Alternatively, feel free to contact any member of staff at one of our settings and they will happily assist where possible.
All bookings must be performed by parents using the online booking system.
Parents making enquiries, can find all the necessary starter information on our website under the ‘venues’ tab or the ‘FAQ’s’ tab of our website.
In order to secure and guarantee your after school, breakfast club or holiday club place please complete the online registration and booking steps.
Once you have registered your child/children in our system, to book:
- Contracted bookings (i.e. a regular weekly place at Breakfast and/or After School Club), please choose the ‘Contracts’ option.
- Ad hoc bookings (i.e. schedule as needed and/or Holiday Club), please choose the ‘Bookings’ option.
For Ad Hoc bookings, places are on a first come, first serve basis and are only confirmed once payment is received. If full payment has not been received by the specified date, your booking will not be guaranteed and you will lose your place. Should you wish to re-book, you may do so, subject to availability. These may however be charged at the higher ‘late’ booking rate.
Please ensure all details on your booking including venue, sessions and times are correct and any dietary/health/additional needs have been highlighted.

Changes to bookings/cancellations
If you need to cancel a booking please contact us, however please note that we operate a ‘no swaps’, credit or refund policy.
Holiday Club deadlines
Our late booking fees of £5 per child, per session will come in to effect a week before the holiday club is due to open.
We happily accept payment by any of the below methods.
