The Gap club offer many career progression pathways through additional training such as paediatric first aid and even unique opportunities such as joining online seminars on a variety of topics . Every club I have been to I’ve been met with friendly staff and children , and although it can be a challenge to adapt to these different clubs , after some time you understand what works best in those settings and how to best work with the different children .

It’s the best feeling when you gain enthusiasm from the children around an activity you’ve planned or even when you find them opening up to you naturally about their days and their lives – it can be a really nice break from the otherwise quite anxiety filled world we live in .
