No Issue Is Ever Too Small

I joined as a playworker in January 2025, I was provided training and time to develop my skills in order to progress into eventually becoming a club lead for one of the settings. I was/have been impressed by the eagerness from management to help me progress, it’s been a breath of fresh air compared to other jobs I’ve had.

There’s a proper community feeling with this job, it never feels like I am unable to talk to a senior member of leadership (no issue feels too small).

I’ve really enjoyed my time here so far, I look forward to the next few years with Gap Club too 🙂
