I find it very rewarding

I find it very rewarding working at the GAP club, I love working with all the children helping them with their development and watching them thrive. I enjoy helping the children with all of the different activities we provide for them and looking for new activities that I think the children I work with will enjoy and benefit from. Seeing the enjoyment from the children because of what we have provided for them is one of the best parts of the job. When it comes down to working with management I feel very comfortable being able to go to them and knowing that I will get the support I am seeking.

I’ve learnt a lot since starting at the GAP club due to all of the training I have done. I look forward to progressing more in my career.
